John Hettinger is the President of Kirchhoff, a real estate principal investment and asset management firm. He began his career in M&A and financial restructuring at Perella Weinberg Partners.

He serves on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, the Policy Advisory Board at UC Berkeley’s Fisher Center, and the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Day School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
