Remy W. Trafelet is President and CEO of Trafelet & Company, LLC, a private investment firm, and Founder and Executive Chairman of Hazeltree Treasury Solutions, the leading treasury services provider to the alternative asset management industry. He also serves as President of Camp de Pêche de La Rivière Moisie.

Mr. Trafelet sits on several corporate, educational, and charitable boards. He is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Dartmouth College.
