Stephen O’Brien Jr. is a passionate fly fisherman with global experience pursuing Atlantic salmon in Canada, Ireland, Scotland, and Russia. A longtime board member of Bonefish Tarpon Trust, he has co-led their Artist of the Year program since 2010. One of the youngest ASF board members, he brings over 30 years of expertise in sporting art, specializing in advisory, gallery, book publishing, and auctions.

Steve is founder of Copley Fine Art Auctions, which has set numerous world records in sporting art. He is widely recognized as an ambassador in the field and co-authored Elmer Crowell: Father of American Bird Carving, nominated for Historic New England’s Annual Book Award.
