Jon Eggleston has practiced tax and corporate law since 1973, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and estate planning. He previously served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division and is a past president of the Vermont Bar Association.

Jon earned his law degree from Cornell and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown. He co-owns and helps manage Sandhill River Lodge in Labrador, and spends his fishing seasons in Quebec, New Brunswick, or Labrador in pursuit of Atlantic salmon.
