Parker Gilbert is a retired marketing executive who held senior product management roles at major consumer brands including American Home Products, Campbell Soup, and Playtex Products. His final corporate position was Vice President of Marketing for Banana Boat Suncare. He later served as Managing Partner at Brand Building Ventures, investing in early-stage, consumer-driven companies. He has also served on the boards of the Bedford Historical Society and the Beaver Dam Sanctuary.

A lifelong salmon angler, Parker began fishing with his father in Scotland, Iceland, and Canada, and now shares that passion with his two sons. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
